    • Industria Química publishes TEMA´s CLIMATE CHANGE BOWTIE ANALYSIS

    Industria Química has published the paper “Climate Change Bowtie Analysis” developed by TEMA’s team in its last issue, in December 2019.

    This study has used the risk analysis methodology BowTie to evaluate Climate Change`s main causes and consequences, focusing on prevention and mitigation barriers that should be applied by the society (i.e. citizens, businesses and governments) to avoid and / or mitigate its consequences.

    The paper developed by Anna Roca, Rafaela Pestana, Jaume Nosas, Natalia Mertens, Gemma Martínez, Héctor Cano, Manel Fernández and Marta Constantí aims to demonstrate the versatility of the BowTie analysis, in addition to its applicability to any risk situation (such as the Climate Change) beyond the process industry.
